General Terms and Conditions

Tour price:

All rates are valid till December 30, 2023.

All rates are quoted per person in US dollars. Rates are net and inclusive of service charge and 10% VAT. Rates are subject to change according to market fluctuation if necessary. 

Booking Procedure

• Booking will be confirmed on receipt of advance deposit only.

(1) Asia Number One Travel requires 30% advance deposit to hold the booking.

(2) Balance of 70% must reach Asia Number One Travel 7 days prior to tour departure date.

It is always better and more secure for a reservation days so we strongly advise you to book at least 4 weeks in advance. All services should be booked through our website, email, fax or direct at our Hanoi Head Office.

• Last-minute booking 

Although, this is very hard but we still try to work out the best result. In case, if it is too urgent, please call our support number (+84 916791688).

Payment condition

Full payment can be made by Paypal at the account "tohaimc@gmail.com", and all transfer charges will be borne by the payee. If payment is by Credit Card, an additional 3.8% will be added on to our tariff rates (Visa Card and Master Card are accepted). We will create invoice payment link which will be sent to your email for payment by credit cards.

Cancellation / No show / Early departure

In case of peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which would be advised as and when required).

Asia Number One International Travel must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive advice in writing and cancellation charges would apply as follows:

·         Package tour:

-          Before 45 days - 10% of the total tour / service cost

-          From 45 days to 15 days - 15% of the total tour / service cost

-          From 15 days to 07 days - 25% of the total tour / service cost

-          From 07 days to 02 days (48 hrs) - 50% of the total tour / service cost

-          From 48 hours to arrival or no show - no refund

·         Visa:
No refund applied if any cancellation

·         Train ticket service:

Once ticket is issued, 35% of the total amount will be charged

·         Flight ticket service:

Once ticket is issued, 25% of the total amount will be charged

·         Hotel booking service:

-          14 - 10 days before arrival: 15% of a.m. price

-          9 - 3 days before arrival: 25% of a.m. price

-          Less than 2 days before arrival: 80% of a.m. price 

Child Rate

·       Under 2 years: free of charge and no meal/no bed (Sharing with adult).

·     Between 2-12 years: Sharing room WITHOUT extra bed pay 30% adult fare, WITH extra bed pay 75% fare.

Hotel check-in, check-out time

·       Hotel check in and out time is usually 12:00.

·       Extended check in and out time may be granted subject to availability and agreement by the participating hotels.

Tour Leaders

Services are provided free of charge for one tour leaders with every 15 paying passengers. F.O.C for the tour leader is on twin shared basic. Single room can be arranged with single surcharge. F.O.C for the tour leader with group less than 15 passengers can be arranged with special request.

All services will be provided with a qualified English or French speaking guide. Other foreign language-speaking guide can be arranged on request with surcharge.

In case visas are required, Asia Number One International Travel would be delighted to help you organize the visas. Please note, however, that Asia Number One International Travel can not be held responsible for information on visa regulations, or in case visas are not obtained or accepted by local authorities.

It is the tour members responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports and visas, where necessary.

Insurance is not included in the tour cost, but Asia Number One International Travel can assist you to insure yourself comprehensively for the full duration of your tour. Passengers are strongly advised to have full travel insurance.

Asia Number One International Travel acts as an intermediary between transportation and airlines companies, hotels, tourist offices and all contractors providing services for tourists. As such Asia Number One International Travel is not liable for any loss, injury or damage caused said parties.

In order to take liability for loss, injury or damage caused by Asia Number One International Travel to passengers during the journey operated by Asia Number One International Travel, Asia Number One International Travel has anticipated the PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY covered by Vietnam Insurance Corporation.

Programs and tours prices are based on the situation at the time of printing the tariff and could be subject to change due to local conditions. Participation in tour program implies the clients’ agreement to the above.
